How do I book a party bus with Atom?

Is there a reservation fee?

Yes. A $195 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your date and vehicle. This fee allows us to hold the bus exclusively for your group and begin planning the details of your experience.

How is pricing calculated?

Our rates are based on the length and type of service, and any special requests. Your quote will include the hourly rate, minimum hours, and any anticipated fees so you have a clear picture of the total investment before you confirm.

What is your cancellation or change policy?

Because we reserve the vehicle and chauffeur exclusively for your event, the $195 reservation fee is always non-refundable. Changes and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how close they are to your date; we’ll always be transparent about any applicable fees when you contact us.

Can we bring our own alcohol and food on board?

Yes—guests who are 21+ are welcome to bring their own beverages, and light snacks are allowed. We provide the elevated setting; you bring your favorite bottles and bites to make the evening your own.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

For the comfort of all guests and to protect our interiors, our fleet is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This helps us maintain a fresh, luxurious environment for every group that steps onboard.

How many guests can your party bus accommodate?

Our party bus comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The interior is designed for lounge-style seating, so everyone has space to relax, talk, and enjoy the experience without feeling crowded.

What happens if we go over our scheduled time?

If your celebration runs longer than expected and the schedule allows, we’re happy to extend your service. Overtime is billed in hourly  increments at the rate listed in your confirmation.

Who is responsible for damages or extra cleaning?

We kindly ask that guests treat the bus as they would a high-end private lounge. Any damage to the vehicle or on-board equipment, as well as excessive cleaning beyond normal use, is the responsibility of the client and will be billed to the credit card on file in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
